About The Practice:
Our waitlist Orthospinology and Activator practice seeks a skilled and compassionate doctor to join our team. We purchased our clinic in 2012 and we have consistently grown year after year. Dr. Strunk, the principal doctor, practices Orthospinology and Activator primarily. In addition, the office is also equipped for flexion distraction, spinal decompression, and hot laser. We have a second doctors room already equipped with tables. Dr. Strunk’s average time per patient is 10 minutes and he sees approximately 100 – 120 patients per week. Dr. Strunk uses Upper Cervical X-Ray analysis, Digital Infrared Thermographic Scans, palpation and leg checks to determine when an adjustment is indicated. It is of absolute importance that the patient understands that results do not come from the adjustments themselves, but rather from the patient achieving a healthy and fully functioning nervous system. Our current hours are Monday 9-12,3-6, Tuesday 2:30-6, Wednesday 9-12,1-3, Thursday 9-12,3-6 and roughly every other Friday 9-12. We want to staff the office when Dr. Strunk is not in the office and open to making a schedule that works for everyone. We are excited to have more availability for our patients and we will do what we can to help the associate grow!
We are open to an associate or IC practicing other gentle techniques as long as they know Activator and Upper Cervical protocols to take care of clinic patients. The goal of Dawn of Health Chiropractic is to create a clinic where all doctors practice similar techniques and can co-manage patients. Dr. Strunk is at capacity and needs help so we can continue to serve our community and enjoy a work/life balance.

Apex, NC sits outside of Raleigh with a current yearly growth of approximately 7.75%, Apex has grown from a small town to a city with over 70,000 people all while keeping its charm! Apex is located close to 3 major universities and hospitals, beautiful downtown Raleigh, and Research Triangle Park. Our office sees patients from all over the area as there are minimal upper cervical doctors in NC and neighboring states.
About the Position:
• Seeing patients from age 0-100
• Techniques include Orthospinology, (AO or NUCCA would be compatible), Activator, and Decompression.
• Joining a team that will co-manage cases.
• Joining a practice that is fun and keeps work/life balance in mind
• Compensation will be percentage-based and we anticipate rapid growth for the right candidate.
• Benefits may include paid malpractice, paid annual CE, retirement plan options, bonuses and two weeks vacation compensated to start. We are open to discussing financial help and support to get the necessary training if the commitment and associate are right for us.
Requirements of the role:

• Interested in making a long-term commitment (minimum 2 years) to the office. We are looking for a doctor who enjoys working with other doctors as a team and is interested in stepping in when the primary doctor is ready to reduce hours and/or travel. We hope to find someone who may eventually become a principal doctor in the office.
• Must have a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution and have or be working towards an NC chiropractic license
• Additionally, candidates must either have an Upper Cervical certification or be willing to obtain one.
